We believe yoga has the transformative power to heal, reveal and inspire. Studies have shown that people who get regular exercise, like yoga, have a lower risk of breast cancer than people who are inactive. Studies also suggest that practicing yoga for just ten weeks seems to reduce stress and anxiety in people experiencing mild-to-moderate levels of stress. Yoga appears to work about as well as relaxation therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy.
