Monica

Monica rediscovered her curiosity through hot yoga and encourages others to experience their true connection by quieting their mind through yoga. She has taught over 1,400 hrs of all level instruction, multiple workshops in alignment, meditation and life skills. She’s an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 graduate from Yax Yoga concepts and her approach to yoga is to encourage self discovery for the sole purpose of realizing who we are are, our interconnectedness and wholeness.

Bill

Bill started practicing yoga over 12 years ago. At that time, his Bikram practice enabled him to continue to play soccer, bringing youth to his movement. In 2012, he was introduced to a different system with Yax Yoga Concepts in Virginia Beach, and as soon as they opened Hot House Yoga in Richmond, he began to slowly switch over, opening him to a new level of practice. In 2016, he completed Yax Yoga Teacher Training, and his journey is continuing to evolve with each practice and with each class taught

Lucas

Lucas has completed multiple long distance runs (30K +)  and focuses on the mindfulness aspect of this practice. He found hot yoga through a friend and has incorporated it into his training. He will lead you in mindful runs before taking a 45min Earth on Saturdays.

Kendall

Kendall has been healing his body and heart through Hot Yoga since 2012. It has slowly become his way of life and he’s passionate about sharing and guiding this discipline. He completed both, 200 & 500 RYT certifications from Yax Yoga Concepts and his practice is deeply rooted in the Yax’s therapeutic system for both, mind and body. He has taken to heart the gift that changed him as a father, brother, son, and friend, and would like to do the same for others.

Alisha

As a Hampton Roads native, Alisha began her yoga practice at Hot House Yoga in Norfolk 4 and a half years ago. The natural progression of her practice evolved into an RYT 200hr in power vinyasa. While she enjoys the mental and physical benefits of a sweaty flow, she challenges you to take a step back from the chaos, put your phone down, and appreciate a cleansing, quiet hour.
