Client Advisor

From greeting and checking-in clients, to relaying the benefits of yoga to a student who has never practiced before, our Client Advisors play a key role in the successful operation of the studio. The Client Advisor reports to the Studio Manager and Assistant Manager. Position duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Create a Unique Client Experience
  • Learn client's names and build relationships with every new and existing client
  • Develop a true connection with clients by understanding their yoga practice, fitness experience, injuries, special needs and their goals
  • Help clients develop a wellness plan that suits their needs
  • Tour potential clients through our studio and educate them on our unique offerings
  • Follow up with clients after classes on their experience to better understand their needs
  • Encourage each client along their journey and keep them informed on offerings that may fit their needs
  • Become an expert on the studio: the yoga program, studio amenities & membership
  • Understand the differences between each class and know which class types are best for each client based on client needs and goals
  • Review class schedules on a weekly basis to understand when classes are offered and who is teaching
  • Guide students to class times, types and teachers that fit their needs.
  • Research and clearly understand all supplemental programming the studio offers (workshops, special classes, wellness education, etc.)
  • Develop relationships with teachers and take their classes to become personally familiar with their expertise
  • Familiarize yourself with the retail offering
  • Keep practice rooms, common areas, and locker room impeccably clean at all times
  • Select music that provides the appropriate energy for the studio based on time of day


Position Requirements

  • The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality with a strong desire to provide great client service, as well as a passion for yoga, fitness, health, and wellness. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as is a willingness to learn, grow, and take on feedback.
  • Develop expert level understanding of the POS System (Front Desk) and input all information accurately
  • Identify sales opportunities and business trends
  • Proactively solve problems, share solutions and support other team members
  • Have basic knowledge of computer systems

Massage Therapist 

Bodywork Therapists needed in different modalities that that want to grow, are open to feedback, and have the desire to join an amazing team to build a community and change lives. 

This is a great opportunity to own your business with a steady clientele flowing through the studio. We offer a beautiful supportive work environment with a fully equipped massage room.

This is a contractor position with a competitive % share of bookings.

LMT Qualifications and Requirements:

Knowledge and understanding of Swedish massage
Knowledge of other modalities/certifications a plus
Deep Tissue, Sports, Neuromuscular, Rolfing, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Craniosacral, Reiki
Experienced and recently graduated massage therapists welcome
License/Certification or proof of application submission required
Perform consecutive 50, 80, 110 minute massages
Exhibit a strong desire to help others, promote the health and wellness, and be able to convey the benefits of massage therapy
Must adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations
